“Unfortunately our insurance company approached us and told us if we didn’t obtain a Wildfire Certificate we would be dropped. This required us to do an almost complete re-landscaping of our yard. Fortunately we found Brooks. My wife and I are not green-thumbs. Brooks was able to come in and provide a design that we ended up loving. He worked with us to incorporate design elements we liked as well as working with the company doing the final inspection for our fire certificate to make sure his designs would comply with the rules to get the certificate. He even came out for a video conference to make sure we understood all the rules that needed to be followed for planting. He also worked directly with our HOA when there were questions about the design and what we needed to submit to them for approval. Brooks’ crew was extremely efficient and friendly and Brooks was on site multiple times each week once work started to make sure things were going as planned. He was also very flexible, there were a couple of extra projects we threw out last minute that we thought we might as well do while we were redesigning things and he didn’t have a problem with anything. The final price was also just about exactly what he quoted us up front. Overall Brooks was a pleasure to work with and we love the final product. We’ve already recommended him to several of our neighbors with no reservations about the quality of work and service he would provide.”
